As you start selling product to customers, Members and Ambassadors, you will receive commissions and bonuses for those sales. Here are just some of the different ways you can earn.
30 for 30
Each time you personally enroll a new Member or retail customer, you earn a minimum 30% commission on the product purchases they make within their first 30 days. We call this the “30 for 30.” For example, if your new customers made a total of $500 worth of product purchases in a month, we would pay you 30% on the Selling Price of that amount—a $150 commission.
$75 Star Club Bonus‡
For every increment of $500 in initial product purchases made in a month by at least three new people, whether customers, Members or Ambassadors, you’ll earn a $75 Star Club Bonus. This bonus is in addition to the 30% commission from the 30 for 30. You can earn up to 15 Star Club Bonuses per month.
10-40%
You are eligible to earn a 10-40% commission on product purchases made by your personal customers after their first 30 days. The commission percentage you earn depends on the number of your personal customers who are making purchases that month and the total Selling Price of their purchases.
Each month, the total purchases and buying customers amount starts at zero and grows as your customers make purchases during the month
How to Make Money on Sales
Pay On Personal Rebate
One of the perks of being a Shaklee Ambassador is earning a monthly rebate on your own product purchases. We call this our Pay On Personal Rebate — or “POP” for short.
Each month, the rebate amount on your personal product purchases matches the Customer Sales Commissions (10–40%) percentage you qualified for during that same month. So, if you earned a 25% Customer Sales Commission, you’d not only pocket that commission but also get a 25% rebate back on your personal product purchases that month!

Level Bonuses
As you start building a team of Ambassadors, you will also be able to earn a commission on their purchases and their customers’ purchases.
As an Ambassador, you can earn up to 8% on your Level 1.
As Director, you can earn up to:
- 16% on the volume (PV) from all product purchases made on your Level 1
- 8% on the volume (PV) from all product purchases made on your Level 2
- 6% on the volume (PV) from all product purchases made on your Level 3 and beyond down to the next Director or higher
