Member and Ambassador Join Options
When someone decides to join our Shaklee Family, they have two options:

Become a Member – a customer who wants to pay Member pricing on products and enjoy other exclusive Member benefits such as free and flat-rate shipping and Loyalty Rewards.

Become an Ambassador – someone who wants to share Shaklee with others and potentially build a business and earn bonuses.
Member Benefits
Members are Shaklee customers who can enjoy all of our incredible Member Benefits like:
- FREE Shipping on all orders over $150 and $12 flat-rate shipping on everything else.1
- Unlock access to Loyalty Rewards – With Loyalty Rewards, never run out of your must-haves and earn points you can use to redeem for free products and other rewards while you’re at it.
- Earn points – Get up to an additional 15% back in points to redeem for free Shaklee products.2
- Enjoy a birthday gift – A gift will be automatically added to your qualified Loyalty Order during your birthday month.3
- Never run out – Always have what you need with easy repeat orders.
- First-time join orders of $150 or more include 25 Bonus Loyalty Rewards Points to redeem on their next paid order of $150 or more.
- Each Loyalty point is equal to $1 toward Shaklee products.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points will appear automatically in the account and will be available for use 20 days from join order.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points must be redeemed within 90 days of the join order on a paid order of $150 or more (exclusive of order charges and applicable taxes). This means their cart total must still be $150 or more AFTER they have used points to redeem a product(s).
- The Loyalty Points applied must pay for the product in full.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points do not need to be redeemed on a Loyalty Order.
1. Members receive Free Shipping on all orders of $150 or more OR enjoy $12 flat-rate shipping in Canada (or $8.99 flat-rate shipping in the U.S.) on orders less than $150. Orders must be at least $150 or more before order charges, taxes, and discounts are applied in order to receive Free Shipping.
2. To earn Loyalty Rewards points, your Loyalty Order must be $150 or more before taxes and shipping are added (or $100 in the U.S.).
3. A Loyalty Order of $150 or more at your price tier placed during the birthday month of the primary account member is a qualifying order. Member qualifying orders can be during any time of the month, while Ambassador qualifying orders must be placed between the 1st and 15th of the month.

Ambassador Benefits
An Ambassador is someone who joins with a $49.95 Business Starter Kit and plans to share Shaklee and build a Shaklee Business. Ambassadors are eligible to earn an income from their Shaklee Business and enjoy Ambassador benefits like:
- Get paid every week for certain bonuses,4 plus get paid other earnings monthly. Shaklee Ambassadors are eligible to earn commissions and additional bonuses like Star Club, and Rank Up Bonuses.
- Access to Loyalty Rewards and Loyalty Shipping Rewards on orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month:
- Unlock access to Loyalty Rewards – Never run out of your must-haves and earn points you can use to redeem for free products and other rewards while you’re at it.
- Earn points – Get up to an additional 15% back in points to redeem for free Shaklee products5

- Each Loyalty point is equal to $1 toward Shaklee products.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points will appear automatically in the account and will be available for use 20 days from the join order.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points must be redeemed within 90 days of join order on a paid order of $150 or more (exclusive of order charges and applicable taxes). This means their cart total must still be $150 or more AFTER they have used points to redeem a product(s).
- The Loyalty Points applied must pay for the product in full.
- The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points does not need to be redeemed on a Loyalty Order.
- At checkout select a product for $25 or less to use your 25 Loyalty Points.

4. Must be enrolled in Direct Deposit to receive weekly bonus payment.
5. To earn Loyalty Rewards points, your Loyalty Order must be $150 or more in Canada before taxes and order charges are added (or $100 in the U.S.).
6. A Loyalty Order of $150 or more at your price tier placed during the birthday month of the primary account holder is a qualifying order. Ambassador qualifying orders must be placed between the 1st and 15th of the month.
7. Shaklee Ambassadors and Business Leaders can earn up to 25 Shipping Rewards points per month based on dollars spent on shipping: 1 point per $1 spent on shipping.
8. The price listed on the website for each Business Booster includes up to 19% off Member Price. Each available Business Booster can only be purchased once per Shaklee ID.
The Business Starter Kit includes:
- Three months Storefront – Your Online Store. The three months of your online store included with your Business Starter Kit begin the date you join or upgrade.
