Member Benefits and Loyalty Rewards

New Preferred Member Benefit: Free or Flat-Rate Shipping*

Now all Shaklee Preferred Members will enjoy FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more and $11 on all other orders.

New Distributor Benefit: Order Charge Banked Dollars

We’re rewarding all Distributors and above by banking what you spend on order charges (i.e., shipping and handling) as points you can redeem for product purchases to reinvest in your business. This program begins in early 2020 but we granted early access to begin accruing points starting August 1, 2019.

All Members are now Preferred Members and eligible to participate in the Shaklee Loyalty Rewards program. And, as always, you’ll enjoy Preferred Member pricing on all Shaklee product purchases.

Early Access to All Shaklee Family: Loyalty Points

All Shaklee Family Members can earn up to 15% back in points on consecutive qualifying AutoShip orders of $150 or more. The longer you participate, the greater the reward. Each point earned is $1 toward free Shaklee products. This program begins in early 2020 but we granted early access to begin accruing points starting August 1, 2019.

Enjoy a Birthday Gift

Starting in early 2020, you’ll get a free product during your birthday month when you place an AutoShip order of $150 or more.

 

Eligibility and Timing:

  • The Loyalty Rewards program is available to all Preferred Members, Distributors, and Business Leaders
  • This program and point accumulation on qualifying orders began on August 1, 2019; earned points can be redeemed starting in early 2020

How to Earn Points:

  • Earn up to 15% back in points on your consecutive AutoShip orders of $150 or more
  • A qualifying order is an AutoShip order of $150 or more at your price tier (exclusive of order charges and applicable taxes); you can have multiple qualifying orders per month
  • Make sure you place an order each month to keep your Loyalty Rewards points; if no AutoShip order is placed, you’ll revert to a 5% earning level
  • A minimum order of $1 must be placed during the month to keep previously accrued points; point balance will reduce to zero if no order is placed during a calendar month
  • Distributors and above can earn points on orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month, while Preferred Members can earn points on qualifying orders the entire month
  • Loyalty Rewards points apply to the first $500 in qualifying orders each month

How to Redeem Points:

  • To redeem points, you must have the full amount of points needed for a product (e.g., 1 point = $1 to redeem toward product)
  • A paid order of $150 or more is required to redeem points
  • You may redeem up to 100 points per order
  • Points can be redeemed on most Shaklee products except for business tools, join kits, and accessories
  • Starting in early 2020, a free birthday product will be added to your order automatically when you place a qualifying order (i.e., an AutoShip order of $150 or more at your price tier) during the birthday month of the primary account member
  • Members can place an order any day of the month; Distributors and above must place an order between the 1st and 15th day of the month to receive the free birthday product
  • New Preferred Members and Distributors must wait 30 days from joining to redeem points or receive a free birthday product

Point Value (PV):

  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value or PV
  • Points are not applicable toward prior purchases or charges

Product Returns and Resale:

  • If a product obtained with points is returned, the points will not be returned to your account
  • If a product on which you earned points is returned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance

Shipping Rewards Points: For Distributors and Business Leaders Only

  • Shaklee Distributors and Business Leaders can earn up to 25 Shipping Rewards points per month based on dollars spent on order charges
  • Earn 1 point for each $1 spent on order charges
  • No monthly minimum order is required to keep your Distributor Shipping Rewards points, but make sure to place a monthly order to keep your AutoShip Loyalty Reward points
  • AutoShip Loyalty Rewards and Distributor Shipping Rewards can be combined when redeeming points on eligible orders
  • Products obtained with points are not for resale

PROGRAM INFORMATION


What is the Loyalty Rewards program?
Loyalty Rewards is our way of rewarding loyal Preferred Members and Distributors with free products and other great benefits.

How does the program work?
Place a monthly AutoShip order of $150+ (excluding order charges and taxes) and let the benefits begin. As part of the Shaklee Family, you can start earning points in the program immediately.
To qualify for the program, you must be a Preferred Member, Distributor, or Business Leader.

What benefits do I receive?
You’ll receive free products when you redeem your points, but the benefits don’t stop there. You’ll also qualify for a special birthday gift and other exclusive offers throughout the year.

How do I receive my special birthday gift?
If your birthday is updated in your profile, a free birthday product will automatically be added to your order when you place an AutoShip order of $150 or more during your birthday month (starting as early as the month after you join Shaklee). Distributors and above must place the order between the 1st and 15th day of the month. You must be in the Loyalty Rewards program for at least one month prior to your birthday to receive a free birthday product. The birthday gift will be sent to the primary account member only.

Does it cost anything to join Loyalty Rewards?
No. Loyalty Rewards is completely free to Preferred Members, Distributors, and Business Leaders. You’re enrolled automatically when you place a monthly AutoShip order of $150 or more.

EARNING POINTS


How can I earn points?
Keep living healthy and earn more rewards. Each month, you’ll receive a percentage of what you spend on your consecutive AutoShip orders back in points.

Members can set up AutoShip for any day of the month. Distributor or above? Make sure you place your qualifying order between the 1st and 15th day of the month to earn points. Distributors and above can also earn up to 25 Shipping Rewards points per month based on dollars spent on shipping.

How are points calculated?
Consistent AutoShip orders of $150 or more earn more points. During months 1–3, earn 5% back in points on your AutoShip order of $150 or more. If you keep your AutoShip order in place during months 4–6, earn 10% of your order back in points. For consistent AutoShip orders from months 7 and beyond, earn 15% of your order back in points. AutoShip orders must be consecutive. If a month is missed, you’ll drop back to earning 5% and no points will be earned for that month. If no order is placed in any given month, you’ll forfeit the points in your balance.

How much are points worth?
One point is worth $1. If you earn 100 points, you can redeem the points for $100 worth of products. You must have enough points in your balance to redeem for a Shaklee product.

Do all my purchases count toward my points?
All AutoShip orders of $150 or more will count toward your points.

Can I lose my points?
If you don’t have an AutoShip or standard order of at least $1 in each calendar month, you’ll lose your AutoShip Loyalty Rewards points.

Can Distributors and Business Leaders lose their Shipping Rewards points?
No monthly minimum order is required to keep Distributor Shipping Rewards points, but make sure to place a monthly order to keep your AutoShip Loyalty Rewards points.

How do I know if I have points expiring?
You’ll receive an e-mail letting you know points are expiring so you can redeem them for the Shaklee products you love before those points are gone. Expiring points will also show in your profile.

What happens to my points when I return an item for which I redeemed points?
The points will not be returned to your account.

What happens if I return an item from my AutoShip order on which I earned points?
The points earned for that returned item will be removed from your account.

I don’t think my point balance is correct. What should I do?

Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
Loyalty Rewards points apply to the first $1,000 in qualifying orders each month. Distributors can also earn up to 50 points per month for AutoShip and standard shipping costs (i.e., order charges).

ENROLMENT


How do I join Loyalty Rewards?
Place and maintain a monthly AutoShip order of $150 or more and you’ll be enrolled automatically in Loyalty Rewards. Members can place an order any day of the month. Distributors and above must place an order between the 1st and 15th day of the month. And the best part of your AutoShip order is that you never run out of the products you love.

You need to be a Preferred Member, Distributor, or Business Leader to take part in the program.

How do I create an AutoShip order?
You’ll have the option of placing items on AutoShip once you’re in your cart. Members and Distributors can also create AutoShip orders from the Manage AutoShip page in your profile.

What happens if I miss a month of AutoShip?
If you miss a month of AutoShip, you drop back to the 5% level of points, just like when you started the program, and you don’t earn points for that month.

Can I lose my points?
If you don’t have an AutoShip or standard order at all for the month, you’ll lose your points.

Are there membership levels in the program?
There are no membership levels in the program. However, the percentage of points you earn increases at month 4 and month 7, so you’re rewarded for your consistent loyalty.

REDEEMING POINTS


How do I redeem my points?
You can start redeeming points in 2020 (we’ll let you know when). You can redeem a maximum of 100 Rewards points per order. In your cart, click the option to redeem points. You must have enough points to redeem for the entire product. For example, if you order a product that costs $49.95, you need to have 49.95 points in your account. AutoShip Loyalty Rewards and Distributor Shipping Rewards can be combined when redeeming points on eligible orders.

Is there a charge to redeem my points?
No. Redeeming points is free, but a minimum AutoShip or standard order of $150 is required at the time you redeem your points. Keep in mind that order charges may apply.

Can I use my points with other discounts?
Yes. Points can be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.

What items don’t qualify for point redemption?
Points can be redeemed on most Shaklee products. Some exclusions apply, such as business tools, join kits, and accessories.

Are my points transferable to a friend or family member?
No. Points are non-transferable, so redeem them on something special just for you.

Do I need to place a minimum order when I redeem my points?
Yes. A minimum AutoShip or standard order of $150 or more is required to redeem points. You can only use points on an order if you have enough of them in your balance.

Do the products that are redeemed with points have point value (PV)?
There is no PV on any product that’s redeemed with points from Loyalty Rewards.
