- Your PWS automatically migrated to become your “My Storefront” page. If you had more than one PWS, your primary PWS became your “My Storefront” name
- Your previous primary PWS URL will redirect to your My Storefront page for six months (as of November 2023).
- When your PWS migrated to My Storefront, you received the default version of My Storefront. To personalize, you will need to log in to ca.shaklee.com> My Storefront (located in the top navigation) to personalize and republish. We strongly encourage you to make your Storefront page your own!
- Your “My Storefront” page and your shareable link URL are the same name as your previous primary PWS. If your previous PWS link was https://pws.shaklee.com/joesmith, we consider your PWS name “joesmith.” In that case, if your primary PWS was “joesmith,” your shareable link is ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith and Storefront link is ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith/storefront.
- Any attributed/credited links you have shared will continue to link directly to the page referenced for one year. For example, if you previously shared an attributed link that goes to the Life Shake product page, that link will continue to work for one year.
All Ambassadors who did not have a PWS at the time of transition must create a shareable link that gives credit for online sales.
A subscription isn’t required, but if you wish to share, you must create the link to get credit for your sales.
Once you’ve created this link, you can easily share the links to any page within the site, without using the “Copy Link” button.
Why did we making this change?
We want to make it easier for you to share links from ca.shaklee.com and receive credit for the links you share. As part of streamlining how you share shopping links, we also wanted to integrate Personal Web Sites with ca.shaklee.com so there is a single, simplified structure for how all Ambassadors share links for sales credit.
I use the Share Cart function a lot. What if I shared a link to someone and they come back to that link? Will it still work?
Previously shared “Share Cart” will still work and provide credit for a product sale.
How do I share links to specific product pages using my new shareable link or PWS?
If you have a My Storefront page or Shareable Link, simply login to ca.shaklee.com and go to the desired product page and copy the URL from the browser or you can click on “Share”.
What happens to the old shopping links I have now?
- If you had a Shaklee PWS, we will redirect your primary PWS link to your new My Storefront Link for six months (as on November 2023)
- If you have only one PWS, that is your primary PWS
- If you have more than one PWS, your primary PWS is the one you pay $14.95 for
- Any attributed/credited product/content page links you have shared will continue to link directly to the page referenced for one year. For example, if you used the copy link function to share a link that goes to Life Shake™, those links will continue to work for a year.
We strongly recommend that you begin to replace previous links with your new shareable link or new Storefront link as soon as possible.
PWS and STOREFRONT
How much does My Storefront cost?
My Storefront is $14.95 per month, the same price as the old Personal Web Sites (PWS). New Ambassadors receive 90 days free from the day they join. Thereafter, they also pay $14.95.
Are there different “templates” available with the new My Storefront platform?
There are no “templates” needed with My Storefront as it is fully integrated into ca.shaklee.com offering you many more options for modern, Shaklee-branded pages you can share. For example, in the Storefront environment, you can share the newly expanded Vivix® landing page with a personalized link that includes your Shopping Companion.
Do new people still get three months PWS free?
Yes, new Ambassadors joining Shaklee with a Business Starter Kit will receive three free months of My Storefront. After their first 90 days with Shaklee, they will pay the regular monthly subscription fee of $14.95.
If I had more than one PWS what happened to my old PWS?
Your first Shaklee PWS was considered your “primary.” That “primary” PWS link became the link for your new My Storefront and your shareable link. The content you created in the About Me section went away when we made the transition to the new platform.
I had more than one Shaklee PWS. What happened to those links?
Secondary PWS URLs will redirect to the primary PWS URL (which redirects to your new Storefront URL) for six months (as of November 2023) to give you an opportunity to phase out the use of those previous links. Direct product page links from your secondary PWS sites will continue to work for one year.
I want to change my PWS name. When can I do that?
You can change your Storefront name by contacting Field Support. Please note: If you change your name, you will lose redirects from your old (former PWS) name to your new Storefront. Direct product links will continue to work for a year.
Is there be an “About Me” section on the new My Storefront Page?
The extended “About Me” section is not a feature of the new Storefront Page. The new Storefront page will have a Shopping Companion – a prominent banner at the top of the page to create a welcome message and add your photo, phone number, social handles, Wellness Group links and any web page you’d like.
If I had a PWS, do I need to create a shareable link?
No. Your PWS URL will become your new Storefront URL and your shareable link. For example, if your old PWS name was https://pws.shaklee.com/joesmith your shareable link would be: ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith and your Storefront link would be: ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith/storefront.
I had a PWS. What will my new Storefront link look like?
If your old PWS link was https://pws.shaklee.com/joesmith, your Storefront link will be ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith/storefront.
What happens when someone uses the “Contact Me” form on my Storefront?
When someone completes the “contact me” form on your Storefront, you will receive an email. You will also receive a next best action notification in the Back Office and the name will appear in the Back Office under My Leads.
I had a PWS but now I want to unsubscribe from My Storefront.
If you unsubscribe from My Storefront, you will still use the link that was created as a Shareable Link (for example, you would use ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith but no longer have access to ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith/storefront). You will still be able to share attributed links to pages on ca.shaklee.com but you will no longer have the personalized My Storefront page with the personalized Shopping Companion. You will also lose the ability to highlight favourite products and create custom bundles.
I created a bundle on My Storefront. How do I share it on social, text, or email?
Once you create and save a new product bundle on your Storefront page, there will be a sharing icon directly beneath the description and price section of your bundle. Click on that sharing icon to grab the link to the bundle. From there you can share the link on social, in direct message, text, and email. The link will direct those who click it to the section on your Storefront page that features the custom bundle.
Are there any restrictions to the products we can add to a Custom Bundle?
You must add a minimum of three (3) products to a bundle and a maximum of five (5). The following products cannot be added to a custom bundle:
- Ready Set Wellness Bundle or any other Shaklee bundle (for example the Shaklee 180® Starter Kit)
Does Shaklee add a discount to the custom bundles I create on My Storefront?
Discounts are not added to the custom product bundles created on My Storefront. They are offered for your convenience to share recommended product collections with your customers and prospects.
How many products can I add to the “My Favourites” section of My Storefront?
You can add up to eight products to your Favourites.
How long will the links from our previous PWS site work?
- Your primary PWS URL will redirect to your new Storefront for six months (as on November 2023)
- Direct product page links from your PWS sites will redirect to the equivalent page on your new Storefront for one year
Is there a way to see who in our Downline has a Storefront?
Yes, you can go to Reports > Personal Group Volume (or My Business Organization Volume) > select Columns > Check Storefront > Done. Your report will now have a column that indicates Yes/No for whether they have a Storefront.
What if I want to help a downline team member with their Storefront setup?
If your downline has given you permission to access their account, you will also be able to edit their Storefront on their behalf.
STOREFRONT LANGUAGE / COUNTRY
I live in Canada, and I want to add some US products to My Storefront Page in My Favourites. Can I do that?
No. You can only add products for your home country to your Storefront in the Favourites section and the Custom Bundles section.
How many different Storefronts can we have?
Each Ambassador can only have one Storefront.
I share with people in the US. Will they be able to shop from my Storefront?
Yes! If you are in Canada, there will be a link with a country flag on your Shopping Companion that allows an American visitor to shop from the Shaklee Canada site with sales credit still going to you. Your Shopping Companion will persist, so they are still able to connect with you at any point in the purchase process. It will work the same way for an American Ambassador sharing with a Canadian visitor. The only difference will be that people who are outside of your market will not be able to see your Favourite products or custom bundles, as those are restricted by the market.
I have customers who speak Spanish/French/English. How will my Storefront look to them?
If it is within the same market (US English / US Spanish or CAN English / CAN French) the navigation, menus, and other page features will update to the language of the user. However, the personalized content added in the Favourites and Custom Bundles will stay in the same language as entered while configuring the Storefront.
People visiting who are outside of your market (US English to CAN French or CAN English to US Spanish, for example) will not be able to see your Favourite products or Custom Bundles, as those are restricted by the market.
SHAREABLE LINKS / SHARE APP LINKS
Am I required to have a Shareable Link?
If you wish to share, you must create the shareable link to get credit/attribution. Once you’ve created this link, you can share the links to any page within the site, without using the “Copy Link” button. Click here to select your Shareable Link.
Is the Shareable Link a requirement for me to continue to earn and receive bonuses?
No, this is a misconception. The Shareable Link is required for you to SHARE LINKS from pages within the ca.shaklee.com environment, and get credit for any transaction that results. For instance, if you share a link to a product page in an email, or on your blog, or in social media, then yes, you need to create a Shareable Link to ensure you get proper credit. But if you don’t, you will of course continue to earn commissions and bonuses as usual.

What will my Shareable Link look like?
Your Shareable Link will be ca.shaklee.com/site/[NAME]. We recommend that you keep the “name” section short, and use your name – for example, ca.shaklee.com/site/joesmith
Is there a character limit for the Shareable Link name that I choose? Can I use special characters?
You must use a minimum of two characters and a maximum of 50. You can use dashes in your name, for example ca.shaklee.com/site/john-smith but you cannot use special characters or symbols such as exclamation points, commas, tilde’s, etc.
How can I make sure that when new people join, they get a Shareable Link and/or sign up for a Storefront?
New people will get two immediate opportunities to create a Shareable Link – during the checkout flow and during the business setup flow after they’ve made their purchase. During business setup, they will also get an opportunity to set up a Storefront.
We have also added an area on the My Business Home Page with links to set up a Shareable Link and their Storefront, so if they miss those steps, they can always log in, go to My Business, and set those up. They will also be able to set up Direct Deposit and download our mobile apps from that same location.
What happens to links shared from the Shaklee Share App?
Any previous direct product or shopping links shared through the Shaklee Share Mobile app from Shaklee Corporate content will continue to work for one year.
If you have added links to the app via the My Media function, if they are attributed links to direct pages on ca.shaklee.com via your Shaklee PWS, or copy-share links from ca.shaklee.com, they will continue to work for one year.
If you had a Shaklee PWS, we will redirect your primary PWS link to your new My Storefront link.
