
The Shaklee Loyalty Rewards Program is a monthly subscription that lets you, your Members, and your Ambassadors earn up to 15% back in points on loyalty product orders of $100 or more. Those points can be redeemed for free Shaklee products. You’ll also receive a birthday gift, exclusive perks, and the flexibility to update your order at any time.**

Place a loyalty order of at least $100 in product purchases and earn between 5% and 15% back, depending on your loyalty tier. Your tier is determined on the longevity of your recurring Loyalty Orders.

For example, if you are in Tier 1 with a $100 monthly Loyalty Order, you would earn 5% back. That’s 5 points which equal $5. In Tier 2, you would earn 10 points, and in Tier 3, you would earn 15 points.
Note: First time join orders of $150 or more include 25 Bonus Loyalty Rewards Points to redeem on their next paid order of $100 or more. The 25 Bonus Loyalty Points will appear automatically in the account and will be available for use 20 days from join order and must be redeemed within 90 days of join order.
Note: Ambassadors need to place their loyalty order by the 15th of every month to earn points.
How To Set Up a Monthly Loyalty Order
You can create a Monthly Loyalty Order in two ways:
- Select the Monthly Delivery option on the product page or in your cart when placing an order.

- Or, go to My Orders, click Manage Loyalty Orders, and select Create a Monthly Order.
To manage your Loyalty Order, go to My Orders and click Manage Loyalty Orders. From there, you can add or remove products, update your shipping date, and change the delivery frequency. Make sure your Loyalty Order includes at least $100 in products to qualify for Loyalty Points. And remember, if you want the highest level of % back, just make sure you are placing an order every month.”

How to Redeem Points
Redeem your points for free products at checkout by selecting the option to redeem points. Your order needs to be over $100 and you can redeem a maximum of 100 Loyalty Points per order. You must have enough points to redeem for the entire product at your price tier (exclusive of shipping & handling and applicable taxes). For example, if you order a product that costs $49.95, you need to have 49.95 points in your account.

Loyalty Rewards FAQ**
What if my customers don’t need the products they have in their Loyalty Order?
Encourage them to easily swap it out! They can update their order anytime before it processes. The key is keeping the order at $100+ to continue earning points.
Can customers skip a month if needed?
Skipping a month will reset their Loyalty Rewards tier back to Tier 1. It’s better to swap for a different product to keep their rewards growing!
Can I lose my points?
If you do not have a Loyalty Order or standard order of at least $1 in each calendar month, you will lose your points.
Do points expire?
Loyalty Points expire one year from the date earned.
How can customers see if they have points close to expiring?
Your customers will receive an email letting them know their points are expiring. They can also log into their Shaklee account, go to their Rewards dashboard, and view their points balance. Any points nearing expiration will be flagged, so they can redeem them in time!
How can I see if my customers have points close to expiring?
You should regularly check your customer reports in your back office and stay in close communication with your customers. If you notice they have points nearing expiration, reach out and encourage them to use their points before they lose them!
A simple reminder can help them get free products—and strengthen your relationship with them. You can say something like:
Hey Paula, do you have a quick minute to connect? You have earned some benefits with your membership that are about to expire, and I don’t want you to miss out… “ Wait for a response.
If they don’t respond shortly. say something like, “I will plan to call you at noon unless there is a better time for you to talk today?
