Team Up This February for Growth, Connection, and Big Rewards!

Team Up Registration Requirements:

• Team Up registration opens January 20 and should be done by the Team Captain.
• Create a team with three people (with different Shaklee ID numbers).
• Up to two Business Leaders may be on each team (Director or higher rank as of December 2025 PV month).
• The remaining team members may be any Ambassador who was not Director or higher as of December 2025 PV month.
• Identify your Team Captain.
• You may only be on one Team Up team during the qualification period. A Shaklee ID can only be used once.
• Registration is free, but you must register as part of a team to be eligible for any prizes. Registration should be done by the Team Captain.
• You must register your team by Monday, February 2, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. (PT).
• We encourage unique team names (to ensure that you don’t have the same name as any other team).
• Once the sign-up deadline has passed, teams are “locked,” and changes to teams will no longer be possible.

How to Qualify

Focus on sponsoring in February!  When you and your team strive to earn VIP Elite Sponsoring Points through Star Club Bonuses and Ambassador Sponsoring in February, you will help your team qualify for Team Up

Qualifications

As a team, enroll at least 3 people

• When your team enrolls at least 3 new people in February, you will all earn a pill organizer.
  • This could be accomplished by one team member enrolling 3 new Retail Customers, Members, or Ambassadors in the calendar month of February, or each person on your team enrolling 1 new Retail Customer, Member, or Ambassador. Your team needs to enroll a total of 3 to qualify.
• A new enrolment is a Retail Customer, Member, or Ambassador that places their first order of any size.
• If the new enrolment shows up on your Star Club Bonus tracker, it will count for Team Up.
• You must be the Original Sponsor (at the time of purchase) of the new Member or Ambassador on their first purchase.
• The Retail Customer’s order must be first-level to you.

Entire Team Earns a Star Club Bonus

• When each member of your team earns a Star Club Bonus in the calendar month of February 2026, your entire team earns an exclusive white Shaklee hat.
• Earn a $75 Star Club Bonus each time you have $500 in product sales from first-time purchasers, in a calendar month, with at least 3 new enrollments.
• A new enrolment is a Retail Customer, Member, or Ambassador that places their first order of any size.
• Product sales from new people include the first purchase a new Customer, Member, or Ambassador places at their purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, non-PV items, and join kits) in the month they are sponsored.
• You must have a minimum of $500 in sales from new people, plus a minimum of 3 new enrolments in a calendar month to earn a Star Club Bonus.
• All Star Club Bonus rules apply.*

Top Teams

• Focus on VIP Elite Sponsoring Points by earning Star Club Bonuses and sponsoring Ambassadors to get on the Team Up Leaderboard.
• Be one of the Top 6 Teams to earn the most Star Club Bonuses (with at least one new Ambassador for every Star Club Bonus earned) and qualify for a pair of Apple Airpods Max.
• For every Star Club Bonus earned, you need to sponsor (or upgrade) one new Ambassador.
• Example 1: A team earns a combined total of 5 Star Club Bonuses and sponsors a total of 4 Ambassadors. The team will be able to count 4 Star Club Bonuses towards the Team Up Top Team leaderboard.
• Example 2: A team earns a combined total of 6 Star Club Bonuses and sponsors a total of 8 Ambassadors. The team will be able to count 6 Star Club Bonuses towards the Team Up Top Team leaderboard.
• Be the Top Team to earn the most Star Club Bonuses (with at least one new Ambassador for every Star Club Bonus earned) and qualify your team for a pair of Apple Airpods Max, and a weekend retreat to Sundance!
• In the event of a tie, the team with the most Ambassadors sponsored will be the winning team.
• Each member of a qualifying team will receive the award if they earned at least one Star Club Bonus during the qualification period.

Company’s Right to Change/Cancel Incentive Programs and/or Terms

Shaklee (the company) has the right to alter, limit, or modify the structure or any other feature of the Team Up incentive. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Your continued participation in any Incentive Program will confirm your acceptance of such modifications. The Company reserves the right to monitor the activities of all participants for compliance with the Incentive Program terms and conditions. All interpretations of Incentive Program terms and conditions are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of any Incentive Program rules, the English language version will govern.

Audit Rights

Shaklee reserves the right to audit any activity for any reason. If there appears to be deception and/or unethical business practices by those in qualification for any Incentive, they will be disqualified, and further action may be taken for breach of the P&R. Examples include but are not limited to shared addresses, forms of payment, and shared bank accounts.

Compensation Plan Manipulation is Strictly Prohibited

To ensure compliance with the law, Shaklee prohibits conduct and actions which are, or may be perceived as, manipulation of the Compensation Plan primarily for the purpose of qualifying for incentives, bonuses, advancement, and/or compensation paid by Shaklee. This prohibited conduct may include but is not limited to: (i) purchasing and/or paying for Shaklee products and services under an Ambassador’s account in your Organization; or (ii) placing, or encouraging the placement of, orders under customer or Member accounts in a fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive manner.

Shaklee employs robust and consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with this policy. Similarly, Ambassadors shall not require or encourage other current or prospective customers or Ambassadors to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the Shaklee Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official Shaklee literature.

Shaklee reserves the right to withhold final approval on all payments, recognition, awards, or incentives pending verification of compliance with any incentive, promotional, or recognition program terms and conditions and to ensure that there has been no Compensation Plan manipulation, inventory loading, or other violation of the Agreement

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Earnings Opportunities

*Shaklee makes no promises or guarantees regarding additional income and other earnings opportunities, and the success or failure of each Shaklee Ambassador, like with any other business opportunity, depends on your own skills and personal effort. The actual financial results of all Shaklee Ambassadors for the preceding year are contained in the Shaklee Average Earnings Chart that can be found at https://ca.shaklee.com/earnings, which does not include Ambassador costs.

P&R Provisions

To participate in any Incentive Program, you must comply with all provisions of the Statement of Privileges and Responsibilities (P&R), including, but not limited to, the following:

Chapter 3, Export/Import Policy Section (applicable to Canadian Members and Ambassadors)

The products of Shaklee have been formulated, manufactured, and labeled to comply with Canadian regulatory requirements. The Shaklee products formulated, manufactured, and labeled to comply with the laws of other countries, including the US, do not necessarily comply with Canadian regulatory requirements. Therefore, Shaklee Members and Ambassadors may not, directly or indirectly, export the products of Shaklee Canada Inc. for resale in another country, nor may a Shaklee Member or Ambassador directly or indirectly import Shaklee products from another country for resale within Canada. Shaklee will not honour any product guarantee or warranty for products sold in violation of this provision, and any Shaklee Member or t Ambassador engaging in such sales will be solely responsible for the products and any related claims or complaints.

Shaklee Ambassadors may, however, sell and ship Shaklee products to purchasers in other countries where Shaklee does not do business for the purchaser’s personal use only, and not for resale to others. If Shaklee operates a business in any market, products of another country may not be shipped to that market for any purpose whatsoever to ensure compliance with the law. In the event Shaklee determines that an Ambassador is abusing this policy, Shaklee reserves the right to terminate the Agreement.
