From now through December 31, you can earn enhanced Star Club Bonuses when you sponsor new team members through product sales who get into action fast! It’s simple, it’s rewarding, and it’s designed to fuel your year-end growth.

How It Works
Star Club Bonus ($75):
Just like the Star Club Bonus works today, earn a $75 Star Club Bonus each time you generate $500 in product sales from new people in a calendar month with at least three (3) new enrolments.
Boost It (+$50):
Earn an extra $50 – for a total of $125 per Star Club – by enroling at least two (2) Ambassadors by the end of the month. You can Boost up to three Star Club Bonuses!
Match It ($75 each):
For every new Ambassador you sponsor in December who also earns their first Star Club Bonus this month or in January, you earn a $75 matching bonus…up to nine matches.

Incentive Rules
You can earn two different types of rewards. Help onboard and be rewarded.
FOR STAR CLUB BOOST
What you need:
- Earn YOUR OWN Star Club Bonus in December 2025 and
- Enrol 2 or more new Ambassadors with product sales during that same month
What you earn:
Your normal $75 Star Club Bonus (paid weekly as usual)
PLUS a $50 BOOST (paid with your monthly commissions)
Total: $125 per qualifying Star Club Bonus
Example:
Sarah earns 2 Star Club Bonuses in December 2025 and enrols 4 new Ambassadors that month.
She gets her normal $75 x 2 = $150 (paid weekly)
She qualifies for the BOOST on both: $50 x 2 = $100 (paid end of January)
Total December 2025 earnings from Star Club: $250
Limit of 3 for the Month of December
Star Club MATCH Requirements
What you need:
- Enrol a new Ambassador in December 2025
- That new Ambassador earns their first-ever Star Club Bonus during December 2025 or January 2026
What you earn:
$75 for each new Ambassador who hits this milestone
Paid at the end of the month when they earn their first Star Club Bonus
Example:
Tom enrols 6 new Ambassadors in December 2025. By the end of December:
4 of them earned their first Star Club Bonus
Tom earns $75 x 4 = $300 in MATCH bonuses

What is considered a New Ambassador?
A brand-new Ambassador, or upgrade from an existing Member to Ambassador, during the qualification period.
How does my New Ambassador count work?
For each Star Club Bonus you earn, we will look at your new Ambassador monthly count and ensure you have 2 Ambassadors per bonus. If you earn 2 Star Club Bonuses, you need to sponsor at least 4 Ambassadors to qualify for the BOOST payments.
What is needed to qualify for the MATCH payment?
Your new Ambassador must earn their first-ever Star Club Bonus during December 2025 or January 2026 per the Star Club Bonus rules. They do not need to enrol any Ambassadors for you to qualify for the MATCH payment.
If my new Ambassador earns multiple Star Club bonuses, can I get a MATCH on each one?
You can only earn a match on your new Ambassadors first Star Club.
How many extra payments can I get for this program?
You can earn a maximum 3 BOOST payments per month (even if you earn more than 3 Star Club Bonuses) and 9 MATCH payments per month.
Do I need to have earned my own Star Club Bonus to be eligible for a MATCH?
No, just help your new Ambassador enroled during the period to achieve their own Star Club Bonus.
Company’s Right to Change/Cancel Incentive Programs and/or Terms
Shaklee (the company) has the right to alter, limit, or modify the structure or any other feature of any Incentive Program described in this Incentive Booklet. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Your continued participation in any Incentive Program will confirm your acceptance of such modifications. The Company reserves the right to monitor the activities of all participants for compliance with the Incentive Program terms and conditions. All interpretations of Incentive Program terms and conditions are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of any Incentive Program rules, the English language version will govern.
Audit Rights
Shaklee reserves the right to audit any activity for any reason. If there appears to be deception and/or unethical business practices by those in qualification for any Incentive, they will be disqualified, and further action may be taken for breach of the P&R. Examples include but are not limited to shared addresses, forms of payment, and shared bank accounts.
Compensation Plan Manipulation is Strictly Prohibited
To ensure compliance with the law, Shaklee prohibits conduct and actions that are, or may be perceived as, manipulation of the Compensation Plan primarily for the purpose of qualifying for incentives, bonuses, advancement, and/or compensation paid by Shaklee. This prohibited conduct may include, but is not limited to: (i) purchasing and/or paying for Shaklee products and services under an Ambassador’s account in your Organization; or (ii) placing, or encouraging the placement of, orders under customer or Member accounts in a fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive manner.
Shaklee employs robust and consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with this policy. Similarly, Ambassadors shall not require or encourage other current or prospective customers or Ambassadors to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the Shaklee Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official Shaklee literature.
Shaklee reserves the right to withhold final approval on all payments, recognition, awards, or incentives pending verification of compliance with any incentive, promotional, or recognition program terms and conditions, and to ensure that there has been no Compensation Plan manipulation, inventory loading, or other violation of the Agreement.
Earnings Opportunities
Shaklee makes no promises or guarantees regarding earning additional income or any other earnings opportunity. The success or failure of each Shaklee Ambassador, like any other business opportunity, depends on your own skills and personal effort.
Shaklee Ambassadors do not earn compensation for the recruitment or sponsorship of other Shaklee Ambassadors.
The Shaklee Compensation Plan is new and has a limited earnings history. The financial results of all Shaklee Ambassadors for the preceding year under the existing compensation plans are contained in the Shaklee Average Earnings Chart that can be found at https://ca.shaklee.com/earnings, which does not include Ambassador costs.
