Meet Key Coordinator Maria Isabel Racine
For years, Isabel was happy to be a Shaklee customer. The busy mom of three made sure that Shaklee products were an essential part of her home and family. She replaced all the toxic cleaners in her home with Get Clean®, with great results, and her children grew up on Shaklee protein breakfasts.
Then in 2018, Isabel and her son attended a Shaklee Conference. Her son had lost 80 pounds on Shaklee 180®† and they attended conference together to celebrate his success. As they listened to the inspirational stories from fellow Distributors, Isabel’s son turned to his mother and said, “You’ve been using Shaklee products forever. You should make this your career, your business. Don’t wait. Isn’t it time you started really growing a Shaklee Business?”
“He was right,” Isabel says. “Sometimes you just need someone to show you what’s right in front of you. That’s when I changed my mindset and decided to go for it. I put together a plan. My dream board goal was to have a workspace that allowed me to see the sunset from my office every day.
“I live in a really small town, so I started reaching out to people through social media and Zoom. I even started traveling to nearby areas, including Montreal, to hold meetings. My team there is exploding. In fact, seven people on my team qualified for the first Quarterly Incentive to earn an Apple Watch SE and an exclusive virtual shopping experience.”*
Today, Isabel is as committed to growing her business as she is to the products. “I have meetings every day – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have a weekly team meeting and have set up multiple group chats. I have a group that is just for Distributors who want to be Directors, and I send them encouragement daily.
“I use all of the Shaklee programs like the Quarterly Incentive and add extra perks to help my team reach their goals. This week is about sign-ups. To everyone who gets two sign-ups this week, I give an extra gift. I’m a painter…one time I painted custom jackets for my team. My team and I are trying to rank up this year. I’m going for Key Coordinator, and after that I’ll be working toward Master Coordinator.”
It’s going to be a big year for Isabel: “my grandchild has been born and I just moved to Florida for the summer to be closer to my daughter and the baby.
“And, my new oceanfront condo has a spectacular view of the sunset.”
