VIP Elite is Shaklee’s annual incentives and recognition program designed to reward consistent business-building, leadership development, and sustained engagement throughout the year. Built around a single point system and one clear focus, VIP Elite recognizes the hard work and effort you put into how you grow and celebrates every meaningful milestone along the way.

VIP Elite points are earned through business-building activities. From sponsoring to customer retention, team building and rank advancement, every point reflects momentum you’re building toward recognition and rewards. Everything works together. Everything builds forward. And every milestone matters.

  • VIP Amenities at Shaklee Incentive Trips – We’re elevating your experience with premium amenities and gifts during Shaklee Incentive Trips. Gold and Platinum Elites (that qualified in 2025) will also receive car and concierge service, invitation-only receptions and excursions, and hotel upgrades when available.

Whether you’re lingering over a leisurely breakfast, discovering new flavours, soaking up the sun on pristine sands, or connecting with fellow VIP Elite achievers, every detail contributes to a trip that feels both celebratory and rejuvenating.

Other Ways to Qualify

  • Grow To Go Invitation – This is a way to earn an invitation to the VIP Elite trip by growing your customer sales in lieu of qualifying via the VIP Elite Points Program. Earn an invite for one person when you have $35,000 in cumulative sales to new customers (retail customers and Members). Or achieve $60,000 in cumulative sales to new customers and earn an invite for two people. Must sponsor a minimum total of 50 new personal customers in 2026. You must be a Paid-As Director or higher for at least four (4) consecutive months within the qualification period.
  • First-Time Executive Coordinator Invitation – Achieve the first-time Paid-As Rank of Executive Coordinator and hold it for a total of 4 consecutive months to qualify for an invite for one person, in one room, with a $350 flight credit. Must hold the Paid-As Rank of Senior Director through the month of the trip and you must be the Paid-As Rank of Executive Coordinator at least one month in the last quarter of 2026 (October 2026, November 2026 or December 2026).
  • Key Coordinator and Above Leadership Invitation– Eligible Key Coordinators and higher may qualify for a VIP Elite Incentive Trip Invitation under the alternate qualifications in lieu of qualifying via the VIP Elite Points Program. To be eligible to qualify using the Leadership Invitation, you must have been a Paid-As Key Coordinator or higher in at least four PV months from January–December 2025, not necessarily consecutive. In addition, you must be a Paid-As Key Coordinator or higher for six months during the Qualification Period (January–December 2026), not necessarily consecutive. Once that requirement is met, your Paid-As Rank may not fall below your 2026 VIP Elite Rank Advancement Category starting base rank for the remainder of the Qualification Period and all succeeding months through the month prior to the trip.
  • Presidential & Senior Master Coordinators Invitation – A Presidential or Senior Master Coordinator who maintains Paid-As Presidential or Senior Master Coordinator qualifications for at least nine months during the Qualification Period, and in the month prior to the VIP Elite Trip, will automatically receive an invitation to the VIP Elite Trip for two people, in one room, with a $700 Flight Credit. Once that requirement is met, your Paid-As Rank may not fall below Master Coordinator in any month through the month of the trip.

Quarterly Rewards

Earn premium gifts and exclusive experiences each Quarter as a reward for your hard work and dedication in the VIP Elite Program. With the Quarterly Reward Program, your commitment and perseverance bring you closer to well-deserved recognition. Each Quarter has a special reward you can earn!

Qualification Dates: January 1 – March 31, 2026

How to Qualify

60 VIP Elite Points in the Quarter (in the Sponsoring and Retention Categories)

  • At least 20 VIP Elite Sponsoring Points
  • At least 20 VIP Elite Retention Points

This reward reflects VIP Elite’s commitment to celebrating achievement while supporting education, awareness, and long-term well-being.

Quarterly Leadership Category

Shaklee Key Coordinators or above are eligible to earn the Quarterly Incentive reward when they help 5 or more Ambassadors, Associates, or Business Leaders on their teams (down to the first Key Coordinator) earn the Quarterly Incentive during the Quarter.

To be eligible for this category, a Key Coordinator or above must have been a Paid-As Rank of Key Coordinator or above for 4 months in 2025. They must have at least five Ambassadors and above in their downline (within six generations), down to and including the next eligible Key Coordinator or higher (but not their downline), who qualify for the Quarterly reward to qualify. This means that each Quarterly qualifier will only count for the first eligible Key Coordinator and above in their upline.
