VIP Elite is Shaklee’s annual incentives and recognition program—designed to reward consistent business-building, leadership development, and sustained engagement throughout the year. Built around a single point system and one clear focus, VIP Elite recognizes the hard work and effort you put into how you grow and celebrates every meaningful milestone along the way.

The 2026 VIP Elite Program includes updates designed to simplify recognition and align rewards with the behaviors that support your long-term success.
Updated Recognition Names
- To better reflect leadership growth and customer impact Ambassador III is now recognized as Senior Ambassador
- We’re now also including recognition names for our established Customer Sales Commission tiers:
- 10% – Promoter I
- 15% – Promoter II
- 20% – Promoter III
- 25% – Premier
- 30% – Pro
- 35% – Elite
- 40% – Visionary
VIP Elite Program Updates
- Rank requirements for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Elite are elevated to align with leadership development
- Senior Ambassador rank advancement now earns VIP Elite points
VIP Elite points are earned through business-building activities. From sponsoring to customer retention, team building and rank advancement, every point reflects momentum you’re building toward recognition and rewards. Everything works together. Everything builds forward. And every milestone matters.

Earn enough VIP Elite Points and complete these additional qualifications to earn a VIP Elite Tier:
- You must hit the Paid As Rank required for the VIP Elite Tier and hold for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period.
- Bronze Elite: You must be a Paid As Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period to qualify.
- Or be a first-time Director. If you have never been a Director prior to January 2025, and you did not qualify for the 2025 VIP Elite Trip to Cabo, you are eligible to qualify for Bronze Elite if you hold the Paid As Rank of Director for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period and complete the other Bronze qualifications. Once your rank requirement is met, you may not fall below the Paid As Rank of Director** in any month for the remainder of the qualification period and all succeeding months through the month of the trip. VIP Elite Bronze is the highest VIP Elite Tier you can earn at the Paid As Rank of Director.
- Silver Elite: You must be a Paid As Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period to qualify.
- Gold Elite: You must be a Paid As Rank of Executive Coordinator or above for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period.
- Platinum Elite: You must be a Paid As Key Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period.
- Bronze Elite: You must be a Paid As Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period to qualify.
The last month to start the rank qualification is September 2026.
- Once your rank requirement is met for your VIP Elite Tier, your Paid As Rank may not fall below the Paid As Rank of Senior Director in any month for the remainder of the Qualification Period and all succeeding months through the month of the trip. If you fall below the Paid As Rank of Senior Director, you would need to start the rank requirement over again.
- Be the Original Sponsor of at least two new Ambassadors that joined or upgraded with an order of $100 or more (after all promotional discounts are applied and excluding taxes, fees, shipping, and join kits).

- VIP Amenities at Shaklee Incentive Trips – We’re elevating your experience with premium amenities and gifts during Shaklee Incentive Trips. Gold and Platinum Elites (that qualified in 2025) will also receive car and concierge service, invitation-only receptions and excursions, and hotel upgrades when available.
- Shaklee North America Conference Gifts & Recognition – 2026 VIP Elite Ambassadors (that qualified in 2025) will be invited to special events exclusive to our VIP Elite qualifiers while at Shaklee North America Conference. Our VIP Elite Qualifiers will also receive preferred seating and onstage recognition.
- Exclusive Swag – Show your accomplishments with curated gifts exclusive to VIP Elite Ambassadors
