Enhancements to the Shaklee Share Mobile App

Starting today, look for new enhancements to the Shaklee Share Mobile app that make it easier to share, plus expanded options for adding your own content to the app.

  • Enjoy a new interface that makes simple, engaging and fun to share with your customers, contacts, and prospects on social, in email, and text.

  • Get expanded options for adding media to the app to personalize your sharing tools with the ability to add PDFs and web links in addition to videos and images.

Use the videos below to learn more about the changes and see step-by-step instructions for sharing in the new version of the app.

The new version of the app is available to download/update now by visiting the iOS App® Store or the Google Play® Store, searching for the Shaklee Share App, and selecting the Update button. After August 22nd, you will be prompted to upgrade the first time you log in to the app.

Supported Devices and Operating Systems (updated July 2024)

The Shaklee Share Mobile App supports the following:

  • For iPhones, the Shaklee Share Mobile app is optimized for devices that can update to the current iOS operating system 17 and the immediate previous iOS,16.
  • For Android phones, the Shaklee Share Mobile app is optimized for devices that use Android version 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14

The following devices are optimized for the Shaklee Share Mobile App

Apple

  • iPhone 15, Mini, Pro, and Pro Max
  • iPhone 14, Mini, Pro, and Pro Max
  • iPhone 13, Mini, Pro, and Pro Max
  • iPhone 12, Mini, Pro, and Pro Max

Samsung

  • Galaxy A12
  • Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23

What if my phone isn’t listed among the optimized devices?

If your phone uses one of the supported operating systems, you can still download and use the Shaklee Share Mobile app with no issues.

What if my phone isn’t using an optimized operating system?

You will still be able to use the Shaklee Share Mobile app, but you may experience some slowing and/or freezing of the app’s functionality. Older phones and operating systems will experience greater disruption.
