The Pomifera Glow Up Bundle is vegan, cruelty free, and environmentally friendly. The Pomifera oil used in Pomifera products is cold-pressed from non-GMO Maclura pomifera fruit that has been sustainably grown in Southern Iowa with zero-input farming techniques. What is Pomifera oil?

Pomifera oil is an anti-aging botanical oil and a source of antioxidants, omega-6, and other bioactives. This vegan, cruelty free, and non-GMO oil has been clinically tested to improve the appearance of age spots, deep and emerging wrinkles, and fine lines. It also softens, smooths, and deeply hydrates the skin and is the key ingredient that powers the Pomifera brand.*

How is Pomifera oil harvested? Is it sustainable?

The Pomifera story is one of complete circularity. Maclura pomifera fruit has no real use and is considered a nuisance for farmers as it is not edible. The fruit naturally falls to the ground and is harvested by the local community once a year in the fall. The collected fruit is then de-seeded, and its oil is cold-press isolated from the seeds of the fruit in a completely sustainable, carbon neutral process. Afterwards, the fruit is composted and spread on local land. This is a true upcycled fruit repurposed into efficacious products for the skin and body.

Do Pomifera products meet the same Shaklee standards for purity and safety?

Pomifera products undergo the same safety testing and quality audits required for all other Shaklee personal care products.

Can you take this product/oil internally?

Absolutely not! Pomifera oil and all Pomifera products are for topical use only and should be kept out of reach of children.

Why is the oil called Pomifera Rose?

Pomifera Rose takes its name from the Rosemary essential oil included in the formula. There is no component of Rose in this product.

What if I wanted to add a Pomifera product(s) to my YOUTH^® skin care regimen?

If you want to take your YOUTH routine to the next level, try adding Pomifera Rose oil to your routine. For extra hydration and even smoother skin, you can use the Restore: Facial Exfoliant twice per week.

What is the use-up rate on Pomifera products?

The use-up rate is different for each person and depends on daily use. Generally, we find that the Pomifera Rose and Glow Up bundle are approximately a 30-day supply when used morning and night.

What does “small batches” mean and why does that matter?

Small batch production is part of the commitment to keep carbon impact minimal and increase sustainability. Small batches ship soon after production, eliminate excessive storage of finished goods, reduce waste in the process, and ensure you receive the product closer to the production date than you would otherwise.

How long will Pomifera products be shelf-stable after opening?

Pomifera products will remain shelf-stable for a minimum of 1 year.

Who can use these products?

The Pomifera line can be used by all, except children under 12 years of age. The line has not been tested on children or babies.

Are these products safe for pregnant women?

While there are no ingredients in any Pomifera product that are harmful to use during pregnancy, it is always good to check with your health care provider before starting any new products or routine.
