We’ve made it easier than ever to grow your business with exciting updates to the Member upgrade and Ambassador join process along with a more streamlined monthly order (AutoShip) experience. These changes remove friction, simplify sign-ups, and give you and your customers greater flexibility – all while making it easier to share, enrol, and retain loyal customers.

Starting Thursday, March 13, here’s what you can expect:

Add Membership directly from the product page

Logged in Ambassadors can view and share join bundles

Logged in Ambassadors can share individual join bundles with a personalized link

All join bundles have product detail pages

Shipping addresses now default to mailing addresses

Join bundle eligible products listed and defaulted to a monthly order

Effortless Sharing and Enrolment

New Members can now add the Member Kit directly from the product detail page. Once in their cart, they can even switch the kit’s language if needed.
Ambassadors can now easily share the full Join Options page from a new, visible drop-down in the top navigation – or share individual Join Bundles via a new easy-share button that generates a personalized link.
The Ambassador Join Offers page has been redesigned for a cleaner, simpler experience – making it easier to explore bundles and complete orders with just a click.
Each Ambassador Join Bundle now has a dedicated product page to clearly see all details, with the ability to share right from that page.
Ambassador Join Bundles now come with free shipping and the Business Starter Kit included in the purchase price.*

Faster and Simpler Checkout

Fewer steps = faster sign-ups! Shipping addresses now default to mailing addresses, and unnecessary fields have been removed.
When an Ambassador Join Bundle qualifies for free shipping, the shipping method selection is automatically removed – reducing clicks.
New upgrade options allow Members to become Ambassadors seamlessly by selecting an Ambassador Join Bundle.*

Enhanced Monthly Order (AutoShip) Management

New Ambassadors who join with a bundle will have eligible products listed and defaulted to a monthly order at a 30- or 60-day frequency – making reordering effortless.
Members and Ambassadors can now set monthly orders for 30, 60, or 90 days directly from the product detail pages, or quick search.
Easier modifications:
- Members and Ambassadors can now add products to an existing monthly order right from the product page.
- They can skip a product for one cycle, with a clear display of the next ship date.
- Backordered or unavailable items in monthly orders are now clearly labeled, avoiding confusion.
