As a Shaklee Business Leader, you have access to tools that help you lead, grow, and inspire—and one of the most powerful (and personal!) tools at your fingertips is the Business Leader Gift Fulfillment Program.

Whether you’re looking to celebrate customer loyalty, incentivize your team, or create your own monthly promotions, this feature gives you a simple but meaningful way to say: “I see you. I appreciate you. And I want to help you keep going.”

Let’s break down how this program works – and how you can use it to activate more customers, inspire your team, and grow your impact.

Why Use the Gift Fulfillment Program

Here are a few ways Business Leaders across the Field are using this tool:

  • Customer Appreciation
    Thank your long-time customers with a free product sample, gift with purchase, or even free shipping on their next order.
  • Team Incentives
    Create a monthly challenge for your Ambassadors – like “host 4 events” or “sponsor 1 new person”—and gift them a reward that keeps them motivated.
  • Personalized Promotions
    Boost volume by offering a personal promo: “Place an order over $100 and I’ll gift you free shipping on your next order.”

It’s a smart way to create momentum, show appreciation, and build relationships – all while staying in full control of your budget and strategy.

How It Works

Using the Gift Fulfillment Program is easy – and you can do it in just a few clicks:

  1. Log in at ca.shaklee.com
  2. Go to My Business > My Team
  3. Select the Member or Ambassador you’d like to send a gift to
  4. Click Select Action > Send Gift
  5. Choose the product you’d like to send (by name or item number)
  6. Set the expiration date for redemption
    (Tip: Shorter windows create urgency)
  7. Personalize the message that gets emailed to your recipient
  8. Hit Send Gift – and you’re done

When your recipient places their next order (before the expiration date), your gift will be automatically added and fulfilled. You’ll be charged at your price tier when the order is placed, and the volume from the gift still counts toward your personal PV and bonuses.

Small acts of recognition can make a big impact. The Gift Fulfillment Program helps you meet your community where they are, with something tangible that says: “You matter to me. I believe in what you’re doing. And I’m cheering you on.”

Things to Know

  • You can only send gifts to Members or Ambassadors in your Home Market
  • Gifts are not available for customers or other Business Leaders
  • The gift will only apply to the next order shipped to the recipient’s default address
  • You can manage or adjust your gifts anytime under My Team > Manage Gifts

How Gifts Are Paid For and Commissioned:

  • Gifts are charged at the time of redemption of the Gift (when it is included in the Member’s or Ambassador’s order).
  • The Gift will be charged to the Business Leader at the Business Leader’s price tier using the Business Leader’s default payment method.
  • QV/PV for the Gift is credited to the Business Leader as a personal purchase and counts for all Volumes – Personal Volume, Active Volume, OV, QOV, etc.
  • The PV from the Gift is commissioned as part of the Business Leader’s Volume Bonus on Personal PV (Dream/Legacy) or Paid-on Personal/POP Rebate (Shaklee Compensation Plan).
