To help finish January strong, we’re launching a targeted promotion for at-risk customers from January 26–31, 2026.
What is the offer?
Eligible customers will receive 20% off their next order (see specific provisions below). The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Who will receive the offer?
This offer will be sent via email to customers in Canada and via email and SMS to customers in the U.S. who have placed at least one order in the last 12 months but have not placed another order in the past six months or more (“At-risk customers”).
How can I support this offer?
Eligible customers will receive email communication beginning January 26. Business Leaders will also have access to two customer lists in the back office, along with an email template you can use for follow-up.
Lists are available now at shaklee.com > My Business > My Leads > My Lists >. The template will be available at the start of the promotion.

Offer is valid in Canada and the US from January 26, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. through January 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (PT).

Open to the customers, Members, Ambassadors, or Associates who received this offer.

Offer valid for 20% off the cart total (at purchaser’s price tier after all discounts are applied and before order charges, and taxes are added). The 20% discount will be applied automatically to your order at checkout.

This offer cannot be combined with any other dollar-off or percentage-off discounts.

Loyalty Orders are included. Your Loyalty Order must be scheduled to ship during the promotional period to take advantage of the offer.
