We’ve implemented this approach to:

  • Ensure rooms are available for Ambassadors ready to finalize their plans
  • Prevent multiple bookings that later go unused
  • Reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows
  • Avoid financial penalties to Shaklee
  • Serve the greatest number of attendees fairly

We appreciate your cooperation in helping make conference accessible to as many Ambassadors as possible.

Important Reminder: If you have already secured a room in another Shaklee Room Block, please do not book additional rooms during this release cycle, so others may attend.

Hotel Reservation Policy - Shaklee Room Blocks

All Hotel Reservations made through a Shaklee Room Block:

  • Require a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay at the time of booking.

  • Ambassadors booking at the Tempo – The remaining balance due for the dates of your stay will be charged at a future date to the credit card used at the time of booking and is also non-refundable. (Please see schedule below)

This policy helps ensure rooms are available for those ready to finalize their plans and prevents multiple bookings that later go unused. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows reduce availability for fellow attendees and create financial penalties for Shaklee. This approach allows us to serve the greatest number of Ambassadors fairly and efficiently.
