70th Anniversary Hotel Reservation Policy

We are looking forward to celebrating with our Shaklee Family at our upcoming 70th Anniversary Conference! As a convenience to those of you traveling to be with us in person in Nashville, we have provided Shaklee Room Blocks at select local area hotels.

All Hotel Reservations made through a Shaklee Room Block:

• Require a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance due for the dates of your stay will be charged at a future date to the credit card used at the time of booking and is also non-refundable. (Please see schedule below)

This policy helps ensure rooms are available for those ready to finalize their plans and prevents multiple bookings that later go unused. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows reduce availability for fellow attendees and create financial penalties for Shaklee. This approach allows us to serve the greatest number of Ambassadors fairly and efficiently.
