Qualification Period: January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Eligibility Requirement: You must be registered by June 30, 2026 for the 70th Anniversary Shaklee Conference (in-person or virtual) to qualify for this incentive program.

Note: Virtual attendees who earn Tier 1 will have their star on the Walk of Fame. Virtual attendees who earn Tier 2 will have their framed star mailed to them after the Conference.

PATH 1: Volume and Sponsoring (Team Builders)

TIER 1 Qualification

Grow your Personal Team Volume (PTV) by 70 points for 4 out of 6 months.

  • Beat your December 2025 PTV by 70 points in at least 4 months (doesn’t need to be consecutive).

Example: If your December 2025 PTV is 3000, you need 3070 PTV in 4 of the 6 qualifying months.

  • If your December 2025 PTV was below 500: Your baseline is 500 PTV.
  • New Ambassadors (enrolled or upgraded after December 2025): Your baseline is 500 PTV.
  • Enrolled January–February 2026: Hit 570 PTV in 4 out of 6 months.
  • Enrolled March 2026 or later: Hit 570 PTV in at least 2 months.

TIER 2 Qualification

First, qualify for Tier 1. Then, help 3 of your 1st Level Ambassadors become Senior Ambassadors (formerly AMBIII) for the first time during the qualification period.

  • What is a Senior Ambassador? An Ambassador who hits 75 Active Volume AND 500 PTV in a month.
  • Who qualifies as eligible?
    • Your 1st Level Ambassadors who have never reached Senior Ambassador before.
  • Key Details:
      • They don’t all need to hit Senior Ambassador in the same month.
      • Each Ambassador only counts once during the qualification period.
      • You need 3 different Ambassadors to accomplish this during the 6-month period.

TIER 1 Qualification

Increase your Customer Sales Commission level and hold it for 4 out of 6 months.

  • Beat your December 2025 commission level by moving up one tier (e.g., from 25% to 30%).
  • Example: Nicole was at 25% in December 2025 ($3,500 in customer sales, 10 customers). She must hit 30% ($5,000 in customer sales, 15 customers) for 4 out of 6 months.
  • Already at the highest commission level? Hold that level for 4 out of 6 months.
  • Below 10% commission level in December 2025?  Get to 15% for 4 out of 6 months.
  • New Ambassadors (enrolled or upgraded after December 2025):
      • Hit the 25% commission level ($3,000 in customer sales, 10 customers).
      • Enrolled January–February 2026: Achieve this in 4 out of 6 months.
      • Enrolled March 2026 or later: Achieve this in at least 2 months.

TIER 2 Qualification

Increase your Customer Sales Commission level by TWO tiers and hold it for 4 out of 6 months.

  • Jump two commission levels above your December 2025 level (e.g., from 30% to 40%).
  • Example: Franci was at 30% in December 2025 ($5,000 in customer sales, 15 customers). She jumped two levels to 40% and held it for 4 out of 6 months to qualify for Tier 2.
  • Already at the highest commission level (40%)? Hold it for all 6 out of 6 months.
  • At the second-highest level (35%)? Move to the highest level (40%) and hold it for 4 out of 6 months.
  • Below 10% commission level in December 2025?  Get to 20% for 4 out of 6 months.
  • New Ambassadors (enrolled or upgraded after December 2025):
      • Hit the 30% commission level ($5,000 in customer sales, 15 customers).
      • Enrolled January–February 2026: Achieve this in 4 out of 6 months.
      • Enrolled March 2026 or later: Achieve this in at least 2 months.

The maximum reward earned is Tier 2 per Shaklee ID, regardless of whether you qualified via both qualification paths.

You have one qualification path based on Personal Group Volume (PGV) and team development.

TIER 1 Qualification

Grow your Personal Group Volume (PGV) by 70 points for 4 out of 6 months.

  • Beat your December 2025 PGV by 70 points in at least 4 months (doesn’t need to be consecutive).

Example: If your December 2025 PGV is 6000, you need 6070 PGV in 4 of the 6 qualifying months.

TIER 2 Qualification

First, qualify for Tier 1 using Dream/Legacy qualifications. Then, help 3 of your 1st Level Ambassadors become Senior Ambassadors (AMBIII) for the first time during the qualification period.

  • What is a Senior Ambassador (AMBIII)?
    An Ambassador in the Shaklee Compensation Plan who hits 75 Active Volume AND 500 PTV in a month.
  • Who qualifies as eligible?
      • Your 1st Level Ambassadors who have never reached AMBIII before.
  • Key Details:
      • They don’t all need to hit AMBIII in the same month.
      • Each Ambassador only counts once during the qualification period.
      • You need 3 different Ambassadors to accomplish this during the 6-month period.

What is a Senior Ambassador (formerly AMBIII)?

An Ambassador in the Shaklee Compensation Plan who hits 75 Active Volume AND 500 PTV in a month.  We elevated the name from AMBIII to Senior Ambassador. They must be 1st Level Ambassadors to count for you.

How do I know if my Ambassadors have never been a Senior Ambassador?

Go to your 70th Anniversary Tracker, in the Volume and Sponsoring section, and all your active eligible 1st Level Ambassadors that have had any volume in the past 6 months will show up there starting January 15, 2025.  Additionally, any new eligible Ambassador sponsored in 2026 will count as well.

What is PTV? 

Personal Team Volume (PTV). PTV is the qualifying volume from your Ambassadors’ personal customers and from your Ambassadors’ personal purchases (up to 500).  PTV includes the Qualifying Volume from each Level 1 Ambassador and Level 1 Ambassador Personal customers, up to a maximum of 500 Ambassador Volume per Level 1 Ambassador.

What is needed to qualify for Tier 1?

Grow your Personal Team Volume (or PGV for Legacy/Dream) by 70 points above your December 2025 PTV (or PGV) 4 out of 6 months during the qualification.  Those in the current Shaklee Compensation Plan have the added sellers’ option to increase their customer Sales Commission level to the next customer sales commission level, above their December 2025 level, 4 out of 6 months.

What is needed to qualify for Tier 2?

Earn Tier 1 and get 3 or more Ambassadors to hit 500 PTV (with 75 Active Volume) and become a Senior Ambassador for the first-time.

Do all my new Senior Ambassadors need to hold in the same month?

They don’t all need to hit Senior Ambassador (AMBIII) in the same month.

Do you need 3 different Senior Ambassadors to qualify for Tier 2?

Yes.  Each Ambassador only counts once during the qualification period. You need 3 different Ambassadors to accomplish this during the 6-month period.

Is there a minimum December PTV base?

Yes.  500 PTV or 500 PGV will be the minimum December PTV (or PGV) base.

Is there a minimum December Customer Sales Commission level base?

Yes.  10% customer Sales Commission level will be the minimum base for existing Ambassadors and Business Leaders.

Is a new Ambassador in 2026 eligible for this incentive? 

A new Ambassador is eligible to earn this incentive.  New Ambassadors will have a baseline of 500 PTV for Tier 1, so they must hit 570+ PTV to start their qualification.  For Tier 1 through the seller path, they must hit the 25% commission level ($3,000 in customer sales, 10 customers) to be qualified.  See the rules for more specific requirements.

What if I qualify via the Volume and Sponsoring path and the Sellers path? 

The maximum reward earned is Tier 2 per Shaklee ID, regardless of whether you qualified via both qualification paths.

What rewards do I get if I am a virtual attendee?

Virtual Attendees who qualify for Tier 1 will have a star on the Walk of Fame. Virtual attendees who qualify for Tier 2 will have the framed star signed by Roger on the Walk of Fame, which will be mailed to them after the event (Canada or US only).

Company’s Right to Change/Cancel Incentive Programs and/or Terms

Shaklee (the company) has the right to alter, limit, or modify the structure or any other feature of any Incentive Program described in the Incentive Booklet. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Your continued participation in any Incentive Program will confirm your acceptance of such modifications. The Company reserves the right to monitor the activities of all participants for compliance with the Incentive Program terms and conditions. All interpretations of Incentive Program terms and conditions are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of any Incentive Program rules, the English language version will govern.

Audit Rights 

Shaklee reserves the right to audit any activity for any reason. If there appears to be deception and/or unethical business practices by those in qualification for any Incentive, they will be disqualified, and further action may be taken for breach of the P&R. Examples include but are not limited to shared addresses, forms of payment, and shared bank accounts.

Compensation Plan Manipulation Is Strictly Prohibited

To ensure compliance with the law, Shaklee prohibits conduct and actions that are, or may be perceived as, manipulation of the Compensation Plan primarily for the purpose of qualifying for incentives, bonuses, advancement, and/or compensation paid by Shaklee. This prohibited conduct may include but is not limited to: (i) purchasing and/or paying for Shaklee products and services under an Ambassador’s account in your Organization; or (ii) placing, or encouraging the placement of, orders under customer or Member accounts in a fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive manner.

Shaklee employs robust and consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with this policy. Similarly, Ambassadors shall not require or encourage other current or prospective customers or Ambassadors to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the Shaklee Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official Shaklee literature.

Shaklee reserves the right to withhold final approval on all payments, recognition, awards, or incentives pending verification of compliance with any incentive, promotional, or recognition program terms and conditions, and to ensure that there has been no Compensation Plan manipulation, inventory loading, or other violation of the Agreement.

Earnings Opportunities

Shaklee makes no promises or guarantees regarding earning additional income or any other earnings opportunity. The success or failure of each Shaklee Ambassador, like any other business opportunity, depends on your own skills and personal effort.

Shaklee Ambassadors do not earn compensation for the recruitment or sponsorship of other Shaklee Ambassadors.

The Shaklee Compensation Plan is new and has a limited earnings history. The financial results of all Shaklee Ambassadors for the preceding year under the existing compensation plans are contained in the Shaklee Average Earnings Chart that can be found at https://ca.shaklee.com/earnings, which does not include Ambassador costs.
