*Once this qualification is met, you cannot fall below the rank of Director or take any Volume Grace Months (VGMs) or waivers through the month of the trip.

By the end of the year, you’ll have earned a ticket to sun and fun on the Star Club Incentive Trip, plus the Quarterly Incentives!

Each time you earn Star Club, you can earn Star Club points toward the trip.

PGV GROWTH POINTS
Increase your PGV (Personal Group Volume) over your previous 12-month period PGV Base (January – December 2020) to start earning points toward your trip qualification.
When you increase your total PGV by 25,000 over your PGV Base, you’ll earn 100 Star Club trip points. Your PGV is your PGV from January through December 2020, or 24,000, whichever is greater.

- Achieve Paid-As Rank and hold for three additional months to earn points (four consecutive months)

- Must be Paid As the minimum rank of Director or higher for four consecutive months in 2021 to qualify for the Star Club Incentive Trip with points

Leadership Qualifications
- Only the first upline Key Coordinator or above may count a downline qualifying Business Leader
- You must have a minimum three Business Leaders within six generations who have qualified to attend the 2021 Star Club Incentive Trip based on points only
- Key Coordinators or above who earn the trip based on this category do not count for one of your three qualified teams towards Leadership Category qualification
- You must meet the minimum Star Club Sponsoring points requirement (40 points)
- You must meet the minimum Distributor Sponsoring points requirement (40 points)
