VIP Elite is an inspiring points program that your whole team can participate in! It recognizes and rewards the activities that build strong, sustainable businesses – sponsoring, retaining customers through Loyalty Orders, and building your team.
The program is divided into five tiers, or status levels. Each month during the year, you earn points for business-building activities that add up to exciting rewards. The more points you earn, the higher your tier, and the bigger and better your rewards!
And at the beginning of each year, everybody resets with a fresh start to earn rewards for the new year.

Qualify for VIP Elite when you earn two Quarterly Incentives during the incentive year. In addition to the rewards you earn with each Quarterly Incentive, you’ll also be celebrated as a VIP Elite at events, receive an upgraded event experience, and be recognized with VIP Elite swag.
Please note: There is no longer a minimum of 10 Loyalty category points needed to qualify for Bronze or Silver Elite OR a minimum of 30 points to qualify for Gold or Platinum Elite.

As a Bronze Elite, you’ll get all the benefits of VIP Elite plus airfare and hotel accommodations for one person on the Star Club Incentive trip! Bronze Elites also receive onstage recognition at Global Conference and enjoy special perks as well as a Bronze Elite gift at all qualifying events.

Achieve the Gold Elite tier by earning 600 points during the incentive year and being the rank of Coordinator or above. In addition to receiving all the benefits of the Silver Elite level, Gold Elites earn special perks on the Star Club trip, including an exclusive experience on that trip. They also receive onstage recognition at Global Conference and other premium amenities, including room upgrades, car service, and a Gold Elite gift at all qualifying events.

Qualify for Platinum Elite by earning 1,000 points during the incentive year and being at or above the rank of Executive Coordinator. In addition to all the benefits of Gold Elite, Platinum Elites earn a special tier of perks and gifts at all qualifying events as well as a special onstage recognition at Global Conference. Ambassadors who earn the Platinum Elite Tier also receive concierge amenities, including ground transportation, Business Class airfare, premium room upgrades, and planning support for team gatherings at qualifying events.

RETENTION
NEW Category – Loyalty Points
Earn 1 point every month a new Member or Ambassador places a Loyalty Order.
- Must join as a Member or Ambassador in 2023
- Place a qualifying Loyalty Order of $100 or more
- Each month they place a qualifying order you get 1 point
- A maximum of 150 points can be earned in this category
- A minimum of 10 points is required
Activity Points
- Loyalty Order – Earn 1 point for every month you have a Loyalty Order ship
- Meology™ Assessments – Earn 5 Points for every 30 Meology Assessments (with a maximum of 15 Meology Assessment Points possible)
- Global Conference Registration – Earn 15 points when you register and attend the 2023 Shaklee Global Conference
- Earn all 4 Quarterly – Qualify for all 4 Quarterly Incentives and earn 50 Points

Rank Advancement Points
Earn points as you achieve new rank levels. Achieve Paid-As Rank and hold for three additional months to earn points (four consecutive months).
Base: Your base Rank is determined by your highest achieved rank held for four consecutive months within the last two incentive years (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022).
